Indian restaurants wouldn?t allow it, so it?s not an option.

Pub restaurants are a bit more casual.

However, I doubt Franklin?s would allow a dog - happy to be corrected.

Anyway, Spart?s text seemed to suggest there is more at play than an innocent question (though I?m too naive to discern exactly what !).

Well said. My sentiment entirely.


One night recently in the EDT there must of been 15 + Dogs.

May well of been organised by owners who seemed to know each other.


Dogs were naturally excited and barking at each other.


Not nice.

    • I got in a right tizz last night, thinking 'this fireworks business is worse than ever tonight, it's outrageous!' ....then realised what date it was... We gave Kalms to the mutt, thanks to Angelina's advice. It's hard to tell after just one night if they work, but I'll definitely try them again, as I'm sure a few people still have a few bangers left over.  Did anyone see the coverage of the scenes in Liverpool and Birmingham? I wonder if this might lead councils to finally clamp down on sales.

    • Ah, that's a shame. Best wishes to them. They nursed my old 19-year-old Peugeot through many an MOT and were always friendly and helpful.
