It is true to size. I bought size 18-24 when my daughter was a year old. She used to wear it over her winter Jacket as a waterproof outer layer. To allow her to enjoy muddy and wet park during the winter.

It was a very helpful addition to her outdoor wardrobe as it is breathable,lightweight and has a full length zip for ease of access.It has a elasticated cuffs,waist and ankles. It is ideal for crawling and walking.She was also wearing baby playshoes waterproof Rain Footies with Fleece Lining. I can also give them for free with the rain suit if you like but one of them was torn so it has been swen. But still working perfectly.
