Avoid like the plague.

Alex at New Look Traders has quoted and repeatedly promised to do work for us, then not turned up. He did some work for a neighbour and damaged our back garden gate so it doesn?t even close any more. We have a dog and a child and now no secure back gate. We didn?t complain or ask for the neighbour to pay, we agreed to pay, Alex agreed to do the work, quoted us, verbally and in writing, promised several times to come and do the work, came back to the area several times to do bits and pieces for other people, still didn?t repair the gate HE BROKE! Unreliable, nasty, avoid.
