Hi there,


We're relocating and have a few things to give away for free (they need to go ASAP):


Free:

- 1x used Uppababy cruz pram 2016

- 1x Changing table Mothercare

- 1x Baby bath tub Mothercare

- 1x Cozy /car seat cybex


We're also selling a few things almost new:

- uppababy footmuff - dark grey: ?45

- uppababy bassinet orange: ?40

      Roof replacement costs

      We just had to have a fair bit of roofing done, along with new guttering and facia replacement (swapping out wooden for pvc) Also chimneys needed repointing & had problems with a large roof light. we didn’t know why we had damp in certain parts of the living room & turns out water was getting in via damaged chimneys. we ended up using vintage roofing and building ltd, & have to say they did a great job, scaffolding went up and work started straight away, they were pleasant & respectful of our property, & tidy. they showed us videos of the damage before starting work, & of the work after it was completed. And we have a 20 year guarantee. We live in a Victorian semi  happy to PM you how much it cost us
