Cleaner needed to clean small flat ahead of new tenancy

Hello

I have a small 2 bedroom flat in Forest Hill which I am about to rent to a new tenant, it needs a good clean as the builders have been in. I'm happy to pay an hourly rate - does anyone know of a reputable cleaner/agency who could do the job? I need it done on 8/11 or 13/11. It shouldn't take much time as it is empty and small.

Any recommendations gratefully received.

Hi,

Greetings. I want to recommend a house cleaning service.

You do not have to order cleaning of the whole house, but only the rooms that you need.

Here https://www.emop.co.uk you can get acquainted with the services and place your order.

    • I understand that, but I can't really grasp how it works in practice, but never mind 😵‍💫
    • It's local independent shops supporting one another.
    • Adding my recommendation for Niko too. Found his number on here and he came out at short notice on a busy weeknight to help us with a kitchen sink issue that had flooded our kitchen that day. Really helpful, responsive and went out of his way to fit us in and help us out. Very reasonably priced too - would thoroughly recommend!
    • Looks like it! Though according to the OP, they are "golden, hand-crimped parcels  packed with flavour" 😀 I don't understand. Admittedly my brain is functioning at a very low level at the moment. Does that mean various local shops get together and agree to offer a discount to anyone who shows them a receipt from one of the other ones dated the same day? I can't see what's in it for either of them, unless people shop somewhere they wouldn't otherwise have done just to get the discount. Is it for vaguely  linked things, say cheese from a cheese shop, wine from another shop? Showing my age there.  And then suppose it's always the same shop which people go to second to get the discount? What's in it for the first shop? People go there in order to get the discount in the second shop?
