LED Christmas Fairy/String Lights Repair

Does anyone know of anyone local who might be able to repair a set of LED string lights? Sometimes the entire string works, most times the last quarter fails to come on. It's probably a loose connection or faulty bulb, but I need someone with the proper know how to get it functioning again. Thanks!

(Also they're a set of lights no longer made which is why I'm trying to get them fixed)

Just to add - these are Christmas fairy lights, not installed anywhere. Would just like to be able to use them for the upcoming season without any unlit bulbs.
