I wanted to recommend Brad Round and his team who just finished some work on my house. They're a great team, who are very professional and attentive. Brad and Michael did a fantastic job painting, sanding, varnishing, sealing, and fixing rot in my house. They focus on painting and decoration, but they can do all sorts of jobs. They're very considerate in their work, keeping disruption (and dust) to a minimum, and tidying up thoroughly once the work was completed. The house is looking very smart once again, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend the team to anyone!

  Agree that you have to be so careful dogs in this heat… but please dont judge so quickly. Its one thing if you see a dog at midday being thrown the ball endlessly, but if you see a dog en route / somewhere - You dont know if that dog was being walked to the vet for an emergency appointment.. or taken to a friend’s house that is cooler etc. And if they live in a flat, they might desperately need to be taken out for a quick pee / poo !

  I know, absolutely crazy. A dog has never died because it didn't have a walk, but dogs do die if walked in this heat. Perhaps the owners should put on a thick fur coat, take their shoes off and jog round the pavements, and see how that feels! 🤬

  I bought myself a litter picker from Amazon and do go round and pick up . No one else does. I guess they just don't have the time what with job obligations and kids etc. Question. ...should we pay more council tax in return for a better service? This debate could go on forever.

  Walking around ED at lunchtime shocked at the amount of owners walking their dogs. Do they not realise they are risking their dogs life by doing this?
