Sylvanian tree house, doughnut and ice-cream cart

We have a beautiful sylvanian tree house perfect for playing and keeping sylvanian families and all bits and pieces inside.

It has been dearly loved and played with. In good condition but one of the branches need sticking back. It?s on the outside and it doesn?t affect the play. It can be easily glued but it?s reflected in the price.
