Black leather sofa (one owner bought new - has fire certificate)

Can be divided into three seats or L shape (3 seats) or two seats and a chair.

Good condition. One arm of one of the chairs would benefit from more foam.

The sofa can also be used with a cover.

Pick up in Dulwich Village.

      Roof replacement costs

      We just had to have a fair bit of roofing done, along with new guttering and facia replacement (swapping out wooden for pvc) Also chimneys needed repointing & had problems with a large roof light. we didn’t know why we had damp in certain parts of the living room & turns out water was getting in via damaged chimneys. we ended up using vintage roofing and building ltd, & have to say they did a great job, scaffolding went up and work started straight away, they were pleasant & respectful of our property, & tidy. they showed us videos of the damage before starting work, & of the work after it was completed. And we have a 20 year guarantee. We live in a Victorian semi  happy to PM you how much it cost us
