We had been recommended a plumber but had never had a need to use him until this morning as our landlord could not fix the problem. He came round within 30 minutes, was very polite and got straight on with the job. He fixed the issue within 10 minutes and only charged us ?20. His name is Austen Wilcox and he is based in Lewisham.
