I'm a local musician looking for a studio nearby where I can make some noise.

Was wondering if anyone knew of any private studios in the area or spaces that could be converted (soundproofed) into a studio?

I know there are studios in Peckham, but they don't sound great and are not suited to the winter months ahead.

Maybe someone around here has a studio in their garden I could hire for a day or two a week?
