Hoover repairs

Are there any businesses in the area that can repair a broken hoover.

All it needs in a replacement spring plate on the brush height adjuster.

10 minute job not a ?50.OO call out charge plus time and parts.

Does any such business still exist?

As it it a power full 2200 watt hoover will be very sorry to have to bin it as I cannot source the part.

there was an electrical repair shop just to the right of the bridge at Herne Hill who did repairs. Not used them and don't know if it still exists try a google search.

Hi Sally, did you have any luck? I also have a vacuum cleaner that needs repairing, though it's not charging so I think mine is more an electrical or battery fault.. took it apart as gar as I could but didn't get very far!
