Well done Foxy, you?ll get there.

I?m guessing it?s just time and practice before you?re fully fit again.

Keep up the good work, you?ll be skipping to the EDT by Summertime.

No change.. no Real Poo 5-6 weeks.

Doctor as instructed me to take Laxido in the Morning and again at 22:00 before bed.

Also to use a Dulcolax Suppository each morning.

Nurse came out to me and advised me to follow Doctor's instructions.

and to take Suppository even after any loose poo during the night.

Still in pain in the back.

Taking Paracetamol 08:00 - 13:00 - 18-00 - 23-00

Cannot eat properly, and restricted as to what I can eat.

Cannot get out.. Carer has been cancelled...

Currently getting Physio Mon - Wed - Fri for exesises 15 Mins.

That's about it..

I was replying to Seabag who made an enquiry about my current situation..

You do not have to read my reply if you do not want to.

There is currently nothing to take pictures of.

Tht's the problem.

Foxy

Can we all try and be nice to Foxy bearing in mind what he experienced over Christmas and what he is going through at present (I'm sure no one would have wanted to have swapped places with Foxy). From what he's said he is stuck in doors with little or no support.

Hey Foxy, wishing you a speedy recovery.

I wasn't intending to be unkind, as I'm sure Foxy realises 🦊🦊🦊💩💩💩

Senokot/Luxelose combined Foxy, but in bigger doses I find helps.

Now, the days past, of a good continuous extrusion are rare. More like a gathering of close fitting pebbles, plop plop plop, seem to be the shape of things that happen when pushing for England on the lav.

More of a build up a couple of times or more a week, is the case. It?s weird, but post surgery I?ve found this the case.

Keep trying Foxy, it?s an important part of your health. I?ve found I become a bit glum if I?ve not shoved some out of the breach.

Foxy, sorry to hear about your awful start to the new year. What I can recommend, for getting the bowels moving is Prune Juice, mother swore by it. It?s available in most health shops or if you have a carer coming in, get them to buy some locally for you. It does sound like you may have slow intestinal transit, or ?lazy? bowel. Something like Buscopan will get the contractions going again. I find a good fry up helps too.

Louisa.

Sue, if you do find a network that will let you keep a connection with them for nowt, or without any risk (in some cases) of having the number and even account balance withdrawn, do let me know. :)  It's happened to me twice -- once with a really nice number too.  I need to find a better deal for myself too.
