We are renting out our brand new holiday ski rental, just outside Solden (10 mins) & Obergurgl (20 mins). It's a large (98m2) apartment with 2 bedrooms, that sleeps 2 - 6 people. We?ve stylishly and lovingly furnished the apartment with the best of Berlin design, photography from local artists & underfloor heating throughout. Loads of board games, a trampoline and a Wii console to keep you and the kids entertained.

Just 50 mins from Innsbruck airport (public transport / hire car required) - a perfect escape at any time of the year. This region offers winter sports obviously but is stunning in spring and summer too, with 1000s of outdoor activities for the whole family, young and old(er).

With stunning mountain views from the bedroom and lounge, a huge 100m2 terrace and S?lden just 10 minutes away (Obergurgl 20 mins) it?s our dream escape in the mountains, all year round. Mountain biking, hiking, Via Ferrata, E-biking (from age 9), cayaking, AREA47 (look it up!) and sooo much more.

Set just outside the lively village of Laengenfeld with plenty of local restaurants, shopping and bars.

Soelden and Obergurgl both offer glaciers, which makes skiing possible from October until May. Oetz is perfectly suited to cater for younger families and makes for a great day out on your way back to Innsbruck.
