In October last year The Telegraph at The Early of Derby, 87 St Dennett?s Rd SE14 5LW thanks to a terrific community effort received a functional piano, and will much enhance the weekly Thursday evening open mic nights.

Brian with his guide dog and his son free of charge visited three times to tune and refix the detached lid. Brian and his family very special guests on 18th November which was very beautiful.

Anyway ref the first photo unfortunately ONE piano key is non functional and Brian advised that a ?specialist? will be required to get this working.

So if you can rise to this challenge or know anyone that might be able to help please do send me a private msge.

Making a payment will of course not be an issue.

Much appreciated

Michael Peacock Nunhead London.

Thanks Jazzer I have this lead to follow up first:

    • Called Tessa Jowell GP Surgery today after failing to get two repeat prescriptions from the pharmacy.  When I asked the pharmacy, I was told that they had been requested but not sent by the surgery.  After speaking to the surgery I was told that those two items were no longer on my repeat prescriptions.  I was told I would need a prescription review. Earliest date would be the 22 September.  That is utterly ridiculous.  Surely someone from the surgery should have contacted me to tell me this after requesting the repeat prescriptions two weeks ago.    Also, apparently, there is no point sending an email regarding prescriptions as they are not actioned nor replied to as I have discovered.
    • Erm... guessing it's like any service... so you can receive/be part of something relevant to you in the area where you happen to reside. You don't have to sign up but you might miss out on an excellent Tesco offer or two. 🤷‍♀️

    • happy to buy, but would rather not buy a new one as only need it for a very short time (Hallowe'en). Please let me know if you have one in your cupboard that you don't use.
