E scooter universal sound

The major operators of e-scooters are looking at generating a universal warning sound to alert people to their presence.

For Friday fun what would you implement as the sound ?

My suggestion is a loud beep followed by a voice screaming "watch out idiot on a scooter"

This of course should be repeated over and over.

To assist deaf people the rider should also wear a helmet with a flashing (rotating) pink light on top to really make the rider to and e-scooter stand out.

But that's just my idea....
