Hello, thanks for reading!

Looking for someone to help me manage my ever-growing To-Do list and get things done in a small, growing business.

I have clear goals for the next 4-6 months and will be grateful for help achieving them.

Either Part Time or Full Time, please let me know your availability.

Suggest a Part Time trial period to start with.

Basic hourly rate plus bonuses for achieving goals.

Mainly related to property management and development and small business admin.

London-based at two locations (Camberwell SE5 and Canary Wharf E14)

Flexible working possible- once on top of the to-do list, working from home is OK some of the time

Example of tasks I need help with:-

- selling surplus items on Ebay & dealing with enquiries/ collections

- calling/emailing people we need things from and arranging quotes / appointments / call times

- chasing up things that we are waiting for

- sourcing things we need and keeping on top of deliveries

- keeping on top of a to-do list and keeping it on track

The kind of people you'll be dealing with will be = general public (e.g. people collecting Ebay purchases), tradespeople (electricians, plumbers etc.) ; consultants (surveyors, estate agents, other brokers, specialists) and companies (e.g. utilities, web services etc.)

Salary competitive, based on experience level and abilities= please let me know an hourly rate you'd be happy with.

    • I was amazed to see a young nuthatch crawling headfirst down a the trunk of a tree in my garden to bully the great tits and blue tits off the bird feeders yesterday.  Didn't expect to see one this far from the woods.
    • some titles are "protected" ie you have to have certain qualifications and be registered with the supervising council https://www.hcpc-uk.org/about-us/who-we-regulate/the-professions/ Dietician is registered and protected Nutricionist is neither. Anyone can claim to be a nutricionist or chiropracter etc  
    • It didn't occur to me to ask. No idea if dieticians are employed within the NHS. It is just one line of enquiry among others. The GP mentioned it, not me.
    • I thought the most they sell in terms of hot food at londis is like pastries and sausage rolls and for hot drinks its like costa coffee but its always a convenience store. Doesn’t look too bad in my opinion considering that shop has been closed down ever since i moved here
