There's a separate downstairs toilet plus play room and utility area. The garden was renovated this year and has a patio dining area followed by lawn with raised planters and fruit trees.

We have had a last minute cancellation of a short-term tenancy on our house that was due to start on 4 June.

Our family home is available to let from 4 June - 2 September.
