Recommendations please

1. Damp specialist who could advise on rising damp in bay window.

2. Someone who could remove original floorboard in victorian house (broken at end - made worse by recent mice infestation), purchase and fit new board (treated)- dining room.

Was the bay window diagnosed as condensation ?

If so, what advice please ?!

Diagnosed as Cold Wall Syndrome - advised to clean off mould and paint over with an anti damp solution.

My prefered solution to this issue was to insulate wall from inside, not always possible because of space and decorative plaster,

So it?s condensation.

Air vapour condensing on the coldest wall in the room, leaving a trace of salts/minerals or dark spots.

I think it?s quite common.
