Hi, I am running 60 minute vinyasa Yoga Classes at Vits & Kicks 57 Northcross Road, East Dulwich SE22 9ET. Small group classes for a more personal approach in an safe and supportive space. All levels welcome, ?12 for 60 mins, FIRST CLASS HALF PRICE, Class packs available for regular bookings. I am a fully qualified and insured instructor with over 20 years of personal practice.

PRE BOOKING ESSENTIAL.

SCHEDULE - Every Tuesday 9.30 am and 6pm, Thursdays 6pm

Opportunity to add more classes based on demand and also Private classes available on request. Please contact me for more details.

  After one or two bags, which can be returned after use if required. Will be used to contain some topsoil in a gardening job so cannot guarantee they will be as clean after use….
