We are selling our very large, spacious ground floor flat (over 1,100 square feet of space) in East Dulwich on a wide, leafy and quiet street, close to local parks, schools and shops.

The flat is on the corner of Therapia and Scutari roads and is very near Peckham Rye Park, One Tree Hill and the two Camberwell Cemeteries. Local shops, cafes and restaurants are round the corner on Forest Hill Road.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large lounge, a dining room and a spacious open plan kitchen with bifold doors opening directly into the garden. We have made lot of improvements to the flat including two new bathroom suites, a modernised kitchen and a landscaped back garden.

Most of the rooms have large sash windows ensuring the flat is bathed in sun throughout the day.

If you want any more information or would like to see photos of the flat, please get in touch via PM.

Anyone with serious interest in buying the flat would be very welcome to come round for a viewing.

Best wishes Jonathan

    • At the time of posting previously, we had no idea of the dates we would be having the children. The maths place - you pay for a course of lessons . The coding session would be good but you need to book well in advance. Also grandson has been doing coding since 6 years old. He now has a 'mentoring role' at his primary school as his knowledge of this subject is years above his chronological age. Dates are still up in the air as their father is trying to juggle leave from a new job in the north of the country.
    • why not have a pasty shop - we could have Cornish pasties, Jamaican patties, empanadas from all the different regions.... I like all three.  I'm still going to support the Chacarero family business, as I don't support chains, just as I don't buy anything from Gail's, Nero, Starbucks etc.
    • Thought it had been a fish and chip shop at one time?
    • Try Gentrification, those with more money than sense who constantly want something different, when pie and mash isn't good enough for them.  "Argentinian Cornish pasties" give3 me a proper Cornish pastie any day of the week, at least I'd be supporting something traditionally British.   ps. tin hat at the ready........................🤣
