A new independent estate agency with a social conscience

Recommended Posts

Hi folks.

We are Bonnington Square. A new kind of estate agency with a social conscience. Founded by an Architect and an Urban Researcher, we sell designed and crafted homes in South London that have a story to tell. We've just launched with a beautiful three bedroom Georgian townhouse on Holly Grove, SE15.

We want to change the perception of estate agents by doing things differently, transforming the process of purchasing a home from being transactional and stressful, to meaningful and enjoyable.

We sponsor a bed for a young person experiencing homelessness for a whole year, for every home sold through our agency. We are working in aid of Centrepoint, an amazing charity who work to provide homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training an employment. Centrepoint want to end youth homelessness by 2037, and so do we.

We also offer architectural studies for properties that present an opportunity, to explain ways of remodelling and refurbishing. Internally or externally, spatially or sustainably, we can investigate and visualise opportunities for potential buyers who may be looking for a project or a home that they can make their own. This study can be presented to prospective buyers and help increase the market price by clearly showing what's possible in terms of development or renovation of the home.

Please get in touch if you're looking for a new home, or if you're thinking of selling. We'd love to help!

    • I'm a bit of an architecture geek and I must confess I find it one of the most gimmicky ugly redesigns I've seen in a while. I'm always open to quirky but this is just not nice in any way shape or form.

    • Another recommendation for Niko. Great communication, top guy, and super reliable and skilled - all at a fair price. Takes a lot of care in what he does and talks you through everything.
    • Some foxes are very tame. The foxes that live near the electricity sub-station thing on the corner of Calton and Woodwarde will happily walk up to you/passed you. They are some of the best looking foxes around so clearly being well-fed - glorious coats and bushy tails but interested in humans and keen to engage/be fed rather than being scared.
