Flickering lights

Lights have been flickering on and off over the last hour, intermittent power. Seems to be affecting a wide area. Anyone know what's going on?

A guess is that a fault is developing at a local sub station which maybe creating this flickering

Are people still seeing this happening?

One of my lights is flickering at the moment, but I don't know if it is a fault with the bulb, the dinner switch or something else

Is a dinner switch like those bells you had in stately homes which you rang to summon servants? If so how posh 🙂
