Problems subscribing to Southwark recycling garden bin

Has anyone else had problems in subscribing to the Southwark brown bin garden scheme? They now have a message up saying they know there are problems and that they are looking into it. This has been going on all this week. It happens after I put all my card details in, at the end of the process. I?ve tried at least 15 times. I?m using either an iPad or an iPhone.

I?ve called them and they gave me an email to write to.

What would someone do without an online access?

I?d been having the same problem. I?ve just tried again and it seems to be working now

I has a terrible experience waiting for a bin, i had to hassle a cllr to get things going. Was sent on a goose chase by tge council initially. Just reinforced my view of how poorly run it is likely to be.

We?ve had the same issue with a parking permit renewal. Applied in good time, received acknowledgement of application but as they haven?t taken the money, we?ve now been fined for parking outside our own house.
