Recommendations wanted for artificial grass / patio cleaner

Hey, we?re looking for someone to come in and clean up our artificial grass garden (no actual plants etc, just artificial grass to be cleaned of debris after winter) and also to clean two small patio areas (one to the front and one to the back of our house). Can anyone recommend someone who might be able to assist with both?

(Also looking for window cleaning in case anyone knows someone who can do all three!)
