Following 2021?s success, Magna are delighted to announce we are back in Dulwich for 2022 offering The Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF)this Easter.


THIS MEANS CHILDREN ELIGBLE FOR BENEFIT RELATED FREE SCHOOL MEALS CAN ATTEND FREE OF CHARGE !


We are excited that as part of a government funded initiative, aimed primarily at addressing holiday hunger, MAGNA will be offering fully funded spaces for FREE SCHOOL MEAL (Benefit Related) PLACES EVERYDAY from Monday 11th April to Friday 22nd April 2022 at our MAGNA CAMPS in Dulwich, Southwark


Commissioned by the DfE, and Southwark Council, Magna are an awarding partner to deliver this Easter?s Fully Funded Programme being offered at:

HEBER PRIMARY SCHOOL, SE22 9LA from 11th to 15th April

This is an incredible opportunity to offer you eligible FSM families 4 Days Free Access (09:00-16:30) this Easter.



HOW TO BOOK:


STEP 1. Create a parent account and register their child/ren on our booking system: www.magnagroups.com


(Please DO NOT SELECT /BOOK YOUR DATES here as this will apply charges, simply register and create your parent account and complete child information form for all children you are looking to attend)




STEP 2. Having completed STEP 1, complete the registration form to select their chosen dates and camp venues: https://forms.gle/9Q8nCzEaCQ43u7F18


(Free School Meal (benefit related) children are eligible to attend a maximum of 4 days at our EASTER Camps)

      I know people won’t have any sympathy but the SEND challenge was brought up when taxing parents who have opted for independent school to meet a child’s SEND needs. Funding crisis is getting worse and the VAT on Education pushed children out of independent schools, now their SEND needs are to be met by the state.

      I completely agree with you - and last night was really terrible where I am. Between midnight and 1am was the worst, where it genuinely felt like a war zone. I had to run out of my house to try and stop a grown man setting them off in open space right by our front doors. In response he went to throw a half lit one at me and then seemed to think better of it. I am so sad at how bad the situation has got here and how selfish people are. Fireworks are bad for the environment and for pets and wildlife, as well as just being unnecessary noise for people too. I have sent an email today to Helen Hayes, which I have done previously on this issue. Would advise anyone to write to your MP to do the same, and to ask them to engage with the debates scheduled for 19 Jan.
