party ideas for 4 year old please

Hello, my little girls 4th birthday is in May and trying to decide what to do. Up to now we've had lovely parties at home with up to about 15 little ones but now with the addition of her little brother and all the siblings and nursery friends we need to find somewhere out. Anyone had a really good party for theirs? Was thinking about doing it in a park but you can never guarantee the weather. Or the scout hut on bellenden road, anyone been? also thinking will need some form of entertainment maybe but cheapish! Thanks for any advice!
