Would love to find a flat without having to go through an estate agents! We are a couple in our early 30s looking for a 1 bedroom flat in the camberwell / Peckham area near an overground station. Can provide references if required. I am a designer / furniture maker and take very good care of my space, any leads please get in touch. Thank you x

  Between Herne Hill and North Dulwich gives you good options for transport. You have the line into London Bridge, trains to Victoria and the Thameslink into City Thameslink. Plus it's not too far from Brixton tube.

  You do know that this post is the reason that forums exist? So that people can ask for help, advice etc. I'm not sure what "...daughter of mothers" means but if you mean friends, not everyone has friends, or is confident enough to ask other mums at the school. Oh and you it's nothing to do with your age - be kind, be helpful or if you can't, leave it to someone who can.
