Originally habitat. They swivel, they go up and down as you like, just don't fit the new decor.?

Love the look but doesn't fit in the nook it's meant for. Quality is pretty much new except for a stiletto?sized high heel hole in the bottom "shelf". All disassembled and ready for pickup!?
