Good condition, just changed the shade when we moved in to something that we liked more.

Apologies, no knowledge of electricals, but I assume this can be easily re-fitted? I will attach a photo for clarity!

No idea of the brand. Measures 40cm in diameter and requires a screw in bulb. Apologies for the size of the images, had to be re-sized to attach.
