Re-varnishing wooden doors

Hello

I'm looking to get 2 interior solid wood doors re-varnished, I think the existing varnish is mahogany and its too red in tone. The current varnish has been on for a few months.

Is it possible to re-sand and revarnish in a more subtle tone and how much would this cost?
