Hi there,

I'm Mattia.

We're two young professionals with two young kids, a 4yr old and a 5 month old baby.

We have lived in East Dulwich for the last eight years, in the same flat, and now are looking to move to a bigger space.

We're looking for a two bedroom flat in East Dulwich (preferably as close as possible to Heber Primary School).

We've had a great relationships with our landlord for the last 8 years. We're reliable and trustworthy tenants.

Pls get in touch via DM if you have anything available.

Best,

Mattia

    • Between Herne Hill and North Dulwich gives you good options for transport. You have the line into London Bridge, trains to Victoria and the Thameslink into City Thameslink. Plus it's not too far from Brixton tube.
    • Wow - will do as you say - just find it extraordinary one needs to post something so trivial as this on forum - each to their own. Been a%member for a long time and know the-forum well - bought sold, given things way, had hubs and offered advice…
    • You do know that this post is the reason that forums exist? So that people can ask for help, advice etc.  I'm not sure what "...daughter of mothers"  means but if you mean friends, not everyone has friends, or is confident enough to ask other mums at the school. Oh and you it's nothing to do with your age -  be kind, be helpful or if you can't, leave it to someone who can.
