Hi everyone, my sister is a music teacher in Birmingham and completely devoted to spreading the joy of music and singing to all communities, ages & abilities.

She?s just self- published her first book which is a lovely illustrated collection of ?rejigged? classic children?s songs. I?m not remotely musical and to be honest even the baby music groups left me a bit terrified but i can honestly say my kids (4&7) love this book not least because for each song you scan a QR code and there?s a video of her and her 4 year old singing the song so you get the idea!   Posted around 12 cards 2 weeks prior to 24th December. Had some responses so know people have received them. Had about 20 cards - mixture of hand delivered and via post. After years of 'nagging' by myself and our daughters, we may have cured hubby of spending £4 plus on individual cards for our immediate family ( when you have 12 immediate family it costs a bomb) Also as the girls state, they get put in the recycling bad at beginning of January regardless of cost.

  There was a LETS scheme in ED and it ran for a couple of years or so. Trying to remember when it was pre 2000? A couple of friends joined it, one did baby sitting for exchange for ironing, the other did small painting jobs or simple gardening. There was a set criteria regarding credits,
