Hi everyone. I am looking for a studio flat or 1 bed flat in the East Dulwich area for at least 12 months. Preferred move in date: July 10th, but happy to move in before the 10th. I am a clean, reliable, professional person. I am looking for a quiet and a safe place to live. Thank you!

Edited to add: happy to provide employer reference and/or any other supporting evidence of income.

  Between Herne Hill and North Dulwich gives you good options for transport. You have the line into London Bridge, trains to Victoria and the Thameslink into City Thameslink. Plus it's not too far from Brixton tube.

  You do know that this post is the reason that forums exist? So that people can ask for help, advice etc. I'm not sure what "...daughter of mothers" means but if you mean friends, not everyone has friends, or is confident enough to ask other mums at the school. Oh and you it's nothing to do with your age - be kind, be helpful or if you can't, leave it to someone who can.
