bike in need of assistance

have an old fashioned bike in needs of little repairs: the usaul tyre, brakes and some little touch here and there to make it more efficient...it has been abandoned in a garage for while

bike will need some spare parts (new tyres i believe..)

I need someone/somewhere cheap,reliable, not necessary fancy, fast and around ED: Can i have them all??
