It never occurred to me that fly tippers would bother going to the recycling centre if they didn't have to book.

This - I put a cheap metal bathtub outside my house on dunstans road in 2011 and watched it being picked up 20 minutes later

    • I was going to post this in the Lost/Found/Stolen. The government shelled out £2.7m for photos of the King for public buildings but take-up wasn’t enthusiastic. But they won’t let on which institutions said yes or no. Has anyone seen one of these portraits locally?     • I would hope that those managing pension funds that have invested in TW have already seen the writing on the wall and are investing elsewhere.

    • Thats the problem, I dont have a solution, but I can see disadvantages of some of the proposed solutions.  Not selling it to a foreign company is my preference but after that I have no idea of the best path / solution with the least impact for all. Whats your view Sue ?
