Does anyone know about the planning permission applied for on 'land adjacent to 379 Upland Road'? (that's the LL end near Court Lane/Plough)

This is third time around within around a year, and the application seems to be for something bigger each time (this time is 8 flats on 4 storeys, last time was 6 flats). I'm assuming people have objected to the previous plans?? (as car parking and cycle storage have been added).

Any info welcome. I tried phoning the council last time, but the relevant person was never around and I don't have the time to go there to inspect.

I am aware of this development - I objected to the original application which got through on appeal. As ward councillor I will contact planning and get a copy of the plans and request it goes up for members decision at the Dulwich Community Council. Happy to discuss if local residents want to contact me

    • I checked - the Hanway Street place was Mandeer - it moved to New Oxford Street and was replaced by Hakkasan - very different prices.
    • Suppose it depends on how many Christmas cards from family and friends you’re waiting to receive. It’s been the Christmas period so surely give the post delivery service some leeway. Like Sue I’ve not posted off so many this year but some I still write letters to  e.g my late mum’s cousins and other family  but hey ho that’s something I do and enjoy.  I used to hand deliver Christmas cards to a lot of neighbours on my street but gave up this year as realised that most of them I don’t see or speak to and can only count on a few to call a true friend or neighbour.
