Brian and his team have just transformed my kitchen and I could not be more delighted with the result. Brian did a thorough and very professional initial assessment and gave me a reasonable overall quote which was not susceptible to sudden surprise 'extras' at the end. The work then proceeded exactly as he had outlined. He and his team were courteous, punctual, very hard working and knew exactly what they were doing. They were also meticulous about cleaning up at the end of each day. I loved the result and have no hesitation at all in recommending this firm. Brian takes a real and very justified pride in the very high standard of his workmanship and I will certainly use him and his team again when the need arises.

    • I said that only some of the time should be set aside for general swimming by removing some of the ring-fencing - see above for proof. Nobody was clamouring for such timed access before Covid; now, lots of people book (often at night when slots open) then sometimes don’t turn up in that hour. It’s hardly the epitome of accessibility (which is one of this council’s pet phrases), and therefore doesn’t encourage would-be swimmers to dip their toes into the water.
    • He’s been hanging around my garden in SE22 for last two weeks or so, and doesn’t seem to go home anywhere. Hoping that he’s just wandered, got lost and has made friends with my cats. I have fed him as no cat would sit out in this weather if they had somewhere nice and warm to go
