Loft style location available for photoshoots in East Dulwich, SE22 for small crews/stills shoots.

The apartment is a very light and spacious open plan triple-height contemporary loft style apartment in a converted Victorian school - see attached image.

The living area? incorporates a kitchen with free standing worktop area.? Wooden floors throughout, white walls, exposed brickwork and original wooden beams.? The main area measures approx 120 sq m. Open plan mezzanine studio area with glass floor and original Victorian rose window.

One private parking space and additional unrestricted parking on street.

The apartment is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors, accessed by around 30 stairs and is a family home and workplace, so ideally we prefer a bit of notice in order to prepare before a shoot. In return, we are happy to offer very competitive rates for rental. Please note we cannot have large crews here.
