I make bespoke blinds and could come and measure up with for free with no obligation. It would depend on how soon you would want them, I am very busy at present.

I dont know if you are still looking for someone to make your Roman Blinds, I am a Curtain/Blind maker and I will make up your own fabric or can supply fabric as well whatever way works best for you. I do have a small website "tradecurtains.co.uk" with a small sample of my work and the cost of a average price of a blind as well. I do offer a free measuring service and can also arrange for the blinds/curtains to be fitted as well as I do have my own fitters etc or I would willingly tell you how to fit them yourself if you want to. I have attached a couple of pictures of a Roman Blind I made recently and the customer fitted it himself as I explained how to and it was over 3mts wide as well. Obviously it was for a little girl's room and I think he done rather well fitting it.

Hi

I have seen your post - urgently need some blackout curtains for my teenage daughter! The window is 128cm wide by 183 cm high. How much fabric would we need and how much would you charge to make them?

Hi Lorraine,

you do not mention whether that is the actual area you want to cover in all or if its just the measurements of the window which does make a difference i.e. what is the width of the track or pole and what is the overall height/length of the curtain. also does the fabric have a pattern repeat as this does make a difference as well on fabric quantities.
