Seeking house-keeper in SE5 to start in September 2022

Hi - my wife and I are looking for someone to help keep the house running with cleaning, laundry, prepping an evening meal for two kids and us, and cleaning up the kitchen - 3 mid-week mornings or afternoons a week, 3 hours a day. Ideally someone local and flexible, who can also babysit occasionally. We have a separate weekly cleaner for the deep clean so this is not part of the role. If interested, please PM me. Best, Rob

  I'd try the Dulwich Village or "North Dulwich Triangle" forums for more local knowledge but I don't think those areas compare to Abeville Road at all. It will be quite a different lifestyle.

  Yes, Dulwich Village commands a premium and justifiably so given access to the City via London Bridge plus the top rate schools within walking distance. The bus services are really good also - 37, 42 and P4. The P4 is useful for connecting to the Victoria line at Brixton. It's worthwhile waiting for the right property. I know of one which will be coming on the market in a few weeks - 4 bedrooms and south facing garden circa £2.5m.

  I realise this is highly unlikely, but if anyone has a colour laser printer in very good working order, I'd be delighted to take it off your hands!
