Longish Term Storage (Garage or Similar) 30-40sqft

Hey I'm looking for some longish term storage.

Currently have some excess flat stuff in storage in Clapham, and the fees are rising, so looking to pay less than I am currently

So I'm looking to move it, (mostly storage boxes, couple of bike frames/wheels, an armchair and a filing cabinet) currently have a 35-40sqft unit, so something with the equivalent sized space would be good.

Not looking for constant access, I've been to our unit three times in the last couple of years, but being able to gain access easily would be good.

If you've got space in a garage or some other storage space that you're not using let me know.
