Seeking Nanny for Nanny share end September

Hi there!

We are two families based in East Dulwich with our first children (a little girl, A, and a little boy, R) who will both turn one in September, and we are looking for a nanny to look after both children from the end of September.

We are looking for an experienced, sociable, kind and caring nanny to look after R from 8am-6pm Monday to Thursday, and A as well for 3 of those days (this may change in January to 4 days). It’s also quite important to us that we work with a nanny who is flexible with overtime in the evenings (and maybe the occasional Friday) as we have unpredictable jobs and may sometimes need extra help past 6pm, or evening babysitting, although we don’t expect this to be a regular occurrence.

The nanny share will be hosted full time at R’s house, unless R is ill or is otherwise cared for on a particular shared day, then the nanny will need to look after A at her house. We would like our nanny to prepare healthy meals for the children, keep the areas of the house that the children use clean and tidy, do laundry for the kids if needed, take them out to activities and play dates, read, do arts and crafts, spend time outdoors and generally become part of our families!

Previous experience with a nanny-share (or caring for multiple children) is preferable. A nanny who is Italian speaking would also be a bonus, but is not essential.

If this sounds like something that could work for you please do get in touch, replying to this post or sending me a private message

Thanks!

    • You can get a card at the till, though, to get the discount. You don't have to carry it with you (or load it onto your phone), you can just get a different card each time. Not sure what happens if they notice 🤣
    • Yes..that may be the case but membership STARTING at £115 a month is still unafforable for many. Council gyms also have a large range of equipment and I had a  PT at Dulwich leisure centre when I was in Full Time employment who was incredible and even kept in contact during lockdown giving me a program I could do at home and checking in weekly at no charge or personal gain for herself. I dont doubt that Fit For may be a good gym (Its been in situ long enough so must be doing something right) However the cost of membership means it is affordable for the few not the many. If I could afford that kind of fee I would rather get a train to Canary Wharf and go to Virgin active where theres a pool and incredible classes and facilities
    • This sounds great 👍
    • We found a red TREK bike yesterday that had clearly been stolen and dumped. Would love to reunite it with its owner. Get in touch if you know whose it is.
