Do you mean the one next to East Dulwich Tavern?

It was listed for let recently, but has gone under offer: https://www.hindwoods.co.uk/propertydetail/?propertyDetail=4611

If you need to contact the landlord directly, you may be able to find this on the Land Registry website by downloading the title for the property.
