Double bedroom available from November 1st sharing with one other in a 2 bed (plus study room) in East Dulwich.

The flat itself is on the first floor of a Victorian Conversion that is two story so the only neighbours are on the ground floor and next door. There are two double bedrooms, a study / spare room (providing an excellent little space to work from home), living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a secure area to lock up a bike and free street parking.

The location is excellent on Whateley Road, close to Lordship Lane, a 10 minute walk to East Dulwich station, 20 minute walk to Peckham Rye station and 25 minute walk to Herne Hill station. There are a number of bus routes running along Lordship Lane within a 5 minute walk from the flat. Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye are a 10 minute walk away.

You will be sharing with a very good friend of mine who is a teacher and so out at work Monday - Friday.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table drawers and desk (if needed).

Minimum rental term 6 months at £700/month. Bills (gas, electric, cleaner 1 a month, internet and council tax) are in addition which come to approximately £130/month.

1 month’s rent £700 as a deposit in advance.
