Selling 4 x ProSound SoundMat 2 Plus (1.2m x 1.2m x12mm). Have attached a link to their website below with all the details you will need.

These are perfect for London flats. We have them installed but accidentally over ordered. We have had no complaints from our downstairs neighbours since. They are nice and easy to instal and easy to cut with a good knife.

They are 1200mm x 1200mm x 12mm so quite large. Collection only. We are based in Herne Hill.

Selling them for £32 per mat. They are normally £38 per matt and postage on their website is £75, so if you are able to collect its quite a saving.

  Admin, please move this if it's in the wrong section. Can anybody recommend a reasonably local dietician (or possibly nutritionist? Not sure what the difference is). My GP has suggested I see a dietician, but there isn't one attached to the practice. I have googled, but it's very hard to tell what people may be like from an online description, and I want somebody who is properly qualified. Alternatively, please PM me if you know of people I should avoid! Thanks x
