Sunday Night Gong Bath at Oru Space

Once a month we bring you a special, longer gong bath with Lizzy.

Lizzy will start by preparing the body with gentle stretches, conscious breath work and vocal toning, then allow yourself to completely let go and surrender in the therapeutic sounds of: crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other magical instruments. Invite these harmonious vibratory frequencies to lull you into a deep relaxation, at which point your body can facilitate it’s own relaxation on a deep cellular level.

Wear your cosiest clothes and get comfy on your yoga mat with cushions, blankets, eye-pillows and socks.

This class is open to all and everyone is welcome.

N.B. Please bring your own cosy kit: yoga mat, blanket, pillows etc.

  There was good item on Radio 4’s consumer affairs programme You &Yours on 1st December. It was about these CIC fund raising scams and refers to this We R Blighty mob in particular (they have been successfully prosecuted twice and fined for their activities in the City of London). Also mentioned the “knife crime charity” lot who also show up in ED. The advice was to give them nothing and that they are breaking the law.   please report this to the police - were there any witnesses? She should face charges. the owner should not allow dogs off lead - I'm so sorry this has happened.
