Hi, I am a local energy assessor,details can be seen on Government web site.epcregister.com/searchAssessor.htm I am offering energy performance certificates, EPCs,required when selling or renting out a property from ?48 including vat, much cheaper than local estate agents!I can usually have the certificate emailed to you on the same day as the survey.
