FOR PARENTS AND BIRTH PARTNERS-TO-BE

Join our pregnancy yoga teacher Michele, an experienced birth doula and certified Spinning Babies parent educator, for a hands-on, active workshop focused on preparing you for the arrival of your baby. During this practical 2.5-hour session, you will explore movements, positions, breathing and relaxation techniques or each stage of labour from the first twinge to the birth itself. You will feel prepared and confident through the actual experience of working together during labour and the birth of your baby. It is also a wonderful opportunity to meet other local new parents-to-be.



Topics covered will include:

• Breathing techniques for labour and birth

• Helpful positions for labour and birth

• Massage and calming touch

• Active birthing practices and coping strategies

• Deep relaxation

• Gentle partner yoga


About Michele


Michele is an experienced, qualified pregnancy and postnatal yoga instructor and birth doula who has been teaching locally since 2015. A mother of three, she has supported more than 22 births as a doula and is one of the first Spinning Babies Certified Educators in the UK.

    • I mean if its going on for a long time I would think just having a talk to them over coffee would help.seems like they are freehold owners if they've been living there for a long time so i would advise not reporting them to the police since you will be stuck with them for a long time to come
