Builder to create entrance for lower ground floor flat

I'm looking for a builder to (re)create an opening and entrance for a lower ground floor flat. It is currently a window but I'm told was originally a door - it's a Victorian lower ground floor, entrance under the stairs.

Will need bricks removing to create space for the new doorway, window removing, and some electrics in the interior wall removing. Interior and exterior walls to be made good ready for new front door to be fitted.

  Thanks so much I’ll try that too… might still try getting hold of an air purifier as well if at all possible - want to try cover all bases!

  The 185 is often the same. But that's why buses sometimes (and annoyingly) stop to "regulate the service". To be fair, it's often due to traffic conditions. If there is not much traffic, the one behind catches up with the one in front.

  I imagine this is because of the average additional time involved, due to the styles. You could have asked the reason? I will ask, next time I'm in there. Many salons have this differential pricing.
